The small apartment is located in Testaccio, probably the most old area in Rome, full of traditions but not tourist, few blocks from the gay-village area and only 2 metro stops from the Colosseum and the gay area.
Gaylife: Within 200m you will find the gay-village and within 1km you will find the gay area with bars and clubs like "Coming Out".
Worth seeing:
On foot you can easily reach the city centre and all the major tourist monuments. You'll find more informations and details in the apartment.
In the apartment you have dishwasher, washing and dry machine, Nespresso machine and all the utilities you may need in the kitchen and, of course, air conditioning and wifi.
You may even use the outside space for your breakfast, lunch and dinner....or just for your aperitif.
