I offer a furnished room with a queen size bed for one person ideal for visiting on special occasions, trade fairs; conference or simply to enjoy Munich. (Subway directly in front of the house)

The equipment includes a desk with a very comfortable armchair, a microwave, Nespresso machine and a small refrigerator and your own WiFi access.
All furniture is new or as good as new.
I expect the furniture to be treated with care; I would also like to ask you not to smoke or use drugs. No money boys!
The room is maximum for one person.
This means that if you are my guest, I take it for granted that you will not receive any dates in the room.

You are free to move as you please; i.e. whether you feel comfortable naked or dressed, move however you feel like it.
We shared the bathroom; I don't want to make any other rooms freely available.

Since my two Birman and Ragdoll cats also live in my apartment, cat hair cannot be ruled out. (but I try; I vacuum 4 times a day!)
You shouldn't have a problem with cats that are comfortable with people and want to be treated that way.
You can of course decide whether you want to leave your door closed or open.

House rule:
Check-in time from 7 a.m
Check-out time by arrangement as flexible working hours possibly keybox by arrangement
Directions by bus from the train station about 10 minutes. 15 minutes on foot.
from the airport by S-Bahn approx. 45 minutes
