About the Room / History
This room has been rented with care and experience for over 15 years. During that time, we received more than seventy wonderful reviews, especially praising friendliness, cleanliness, and great value for money.
After my husband passed away last year, a new profile was created on the platform, so the previous reviews are no longer visible. I am very much looking forward to welcoming guests again, who can feel comfortable in my home and enjoy the apartment.
Location
The accommodation is located in Munich-Thalkirchen, directly on the U3 subway line. The Tierpark (zoo) and the Isar River with Flaucher Island are within walking distance. The Flaucher Island is especially popular in summer and includes a FKK area.
From Thalkirchen, it’s only about five stops to Sendlinger Tor, where you’ll find numerous bars and pubs. Around the apartment, there are many restaurants, beer gardens, and grocery stores, all within a five-minute walk. The area is very quiet, yet the city center is easily accessible. Paid parking is available in the Zennerstraße area.

Room & Amenities
The room is approximately 12 m² and cosily furnished. It includes a 120 cm wide bed, a large wardrobe, a desk with chair, and a TV. Multiple lamps provide a pleasant and homely atmosphere.
The bathroom and terrace are available for guests’ use. Smoking is permitted on the terrace. The apartment itself is non-smoking, and I am a non-smoker as well.
A delicious breakfast is included, making your stay even more enjoyable. The room is located in a well-maintained, quiet apartment and suitable for both short and slightly longer stays.

Getting Here

From Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof):
Take the U1 or U2 to Sendlinger Tor (1 stop). Change there to the U3 towards Fürstenried West. After five stops, get off at Thalkirchen (Tierpark). The apartment is only about 1 minute on foot from the station at Zennerstraße 22a.

From Munich Airport:
Take the S1 or S8 towards the city center to Marienplatz (approx. 40–45 minutes). Change there to the U3 towards Fürstenried West. After six stops, get off at Thalkirchen (Tierpark).

From there, it’s only about 1 minute on foot to Zennerstraße 22a.
