This 200 meter square apartment (with a Big balcony with Bosphorus view ) is located in Maçka very close to Nişantaşı, one of the most famous shopping areas in Istanbul near many many restaurants and cafes, parking lots, hospitals, and public transportations. A map marked with the most important attractions and locations such as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, hospitals, exchange offices and restaurants will be provided to the guests.

This is very elegant and safe area with lots of Cafe and restaurants around. We are the neighbour of Swiss Hotel The Bosphorus.

FULLY FURNISHED with
• 2 queen and one semi-doube size bed

• Sofa and arm chairs, coffee table

• 2 bathrooms with showers. Towels and extra bed linens are also provided.

• Private washer in the guest bathroom.

It has a full kitchen with all appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, etc...) All the kitchen utensils are open to the use of the guests.

Moreover, in the all rooms and living - dining - kitchen area there is an A/C to cool down or warm up the place when needed. There is also a central heater available.

The apartment is very quiet since one side of the apartment faces the garden of Swissotel the Bosphorus, and the other end faces a quiet street. Even though Maçka &Nişantaşı is a very lively and busy neighborhood and the apartment is just 10mins away from one of the busiest streets, the aparment is always quiet and calm. Having such a calm and quiet apartment in such a safe and lavely area is a rare thing.

Public transportation points to other central areas (such as Taksim, Beşiktaş, Mecidiyeköy, Kadıköy, etc...) are very easy to get to.

Upon request, cleaning service may be provided for an additional fee. The cleaning fee included in the rent fee goes for the intense and during your stay cleaning before and after each stay.
