Recently built, Martini Rooms & Suites is located directly on Piazza Palazzo, home to the Palazzo Regio, the Cathedral and the ancient Town Hall.
Three independent double bedrooms, distant from each other and each with private bathroom, are ideal for couples or a group of friends. At 20 meters from the entrance, the Piazzetta Mundula, from which you can enjoy a unique view of Cagliari and its gulf from above and which also gives access to the super comfortable multi-storey car park.

All mattresses are in memory foam.
Each room has a fridge, kettle, air conditioning, Bose sound system, bluetooth. High speed wifi. Ironing board and iron. Safe. Hairdryer.

300 liter heat pump water heater.

The whole structure has a natural oak wooden floor and each room has independent air conditioning.

The living area that you will find right in front, as soon as you enter, is equipped with a kitchenette, espresso machine (capsules available H24), kettle, juicer, toaster, microwave, small refrigerator under the counter, small freezer, tv, Bose sound system , small tables and chairs in leather for breakfast and a comfortable custom-made bench with a soft and comfortable seat.
Induction hob available on request.
There is also a refrigerator-wine cellar (for a fee) where you can choose your bottle of white or red wine for an aperitif or after dinner.
Access from outside is by key.
The outdoor area in front of the entrance to Martini Rooms (Piazza Palazzo) is used as a free public parking. (remember though that Castello is "ztl" limited traffic zone from midnight to nine in the morning).
Leaving Martini Rooms, you will find yourself in front of the Palazzo Regio, and next to it, on its left, you will discover the Piazzetta Mundula, with a fantastic and exclusive viewpoint from which you can admire Cagliari from above.
Adjacent to the accommodation, the ruined bombed and never recovered, dating back to the 2nd World War.
The port, the Poetto beach, the Molentargius pond with its pink flamingos. Your view will come to Torre delle Stelle, on the east side of the gulf.

nb: the ztl pass is only available for loading / unloading operations during off limit times.
