My apartment is just around the corner from Nollendorfplatz, about 3 minutes by foot from Motzstr. This is the gay neighborhood in western Berlin. My building is located between two interior courtyards and is therefore very quiet although centrally located. Potsdamer Platz, Kulturforum, Philharmonie, Ku'damm, KaDeWe are all near by and can be reached by foot.
There is common use of the kitchen and bathroom. There is NO SMOKING anywhere in the apartment. There is a bench in the courtyard, where you can smoke if necessary.
There is also a friendly dog in the apartment.
